Hi, I'm Assamiya (pronounced A-sa-mee-a, she/her pronouns) and I'm the Creatress and Song Leader of Heart Song Collective. I'm so thrilled to be offering these weekly Song Medicine gatherings in my local community (yay Brockley!) and can't wait to meet you!

You can learn more about me here, about Heart Song Collective here, and all the details including how to book your ticket for our weekly Song Medicine events are here.

WHAT OUR MEMBERS HAVE TO SAY:

BEN, 50

Assamiya brings huge skill, joy, inclusivity and passion to the craft of leading group singing. As someone with no musical training, I feel supported and encouraged to join in and sing my heart out. Highly recommended.

AJ, 47

I’m nervous about singing (how I sound, can I stay in tune/on key etc) but I love it! Assamiya has a way of making all my nerves melt away. She is clear and playful with so much knowledge and wisdom - it really is medicine. I have been moved to tears by the collective voices.

ERIKA, 73

Assamiya was able to bring out the singer in all of us. Singing together under her leadership was medicine - fragments became whole, lack became fullness,

filled us with joy and power. Transformation through singing is an everyday miracle that lights up the world.
